Perfect for those new to watercolor painting or those looking to expand their basic skills through hands on demonstration and practical experience. From materials to terminology, you will leave with a solid understanding of the foundations of watercolor painting.

About your instructor:

Roberta Shaw holds a BFA from the University of Calgary in Printmaking. Her private practice includes: watercolor painting, drawing, digital art and bookbinding with a special focus on portraiture. She has over six years of consecutive teaching experience at the Alberta College of Art and Design ( now Alberta University of the Arts) in the Continuing Education Program. Sharing her passion for art and creating opportunites for others to develop a love of the arts is a lifelong ambition.
